Subway
Start your journey at Hakata Station, a major transport hub in Fukuoka. From Hakata Station, take the Kuko Line (Airport Line) towards Meinohama. Travel for about 5 stops, approximately 10 minutes, and disembark at Nakasu-Kawabata Station. At Nakasu-Kawabata Station, transfer to the Hakozaki Line and board the train towards Hakozaki-Kyumae. After 4 stops, around 7 minutes, get off at the Higashi-Koen Station.
Walking
Once you exit Higashi-Koen Station, turn left and walk along the main road, which is Higashikoen. Continue straight for about 300 meters, and you will see the entrance to Higashi Park on your right. The park is located at 5 Higashikoen, Hakata Ward, so keep an eye out for the park's signs.
Bus
If you prefer taking a bus, start at Hakata Station and head to the bus terminal located next to the station. Look for bus number 46 or 48, which both head towards Higashi Park. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the Higashi Koen bus stop, and from there, it is just a short 5-minute walk to the park entrance.
