Getting There

• Subway

  If you are in Fukuoka, start by heading to the nearest subway station, such as Tenjin Station. Take the Kuko Line (Airport Line) towards Fukuoka Airport. After 2 stops, get off at Akasaka Station. From Akasaka Station, transfer to the Nanakuma Line and ride for 2 stops until you reach Maizuru Park Station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs toward Maizuru Park, which is a short walk away.

• Bus

  From Tenjin or Hakata Station, you can take a Nishitetsu bus heading towards Maizuru Park. Check the bus schedule for routes that stop at 'Maizuru Koen' (Maizuru Park). The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you get off at the bus stop, follow the signs leading to the park entrance, which is about a 5-minute walk.

• Walking

  If you are already in the Chuo Ward area, you can walk to Maizuru Park from nearby attractions like Ohori Park. Head east from Ohori Park, and you will find a pathway that leads directly to Maizuru Park within a 15-20 minute leisurely walk. Look for the large park gates which indicate you have arrived.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from any location in Fukuoka. Simply tell the driver 'Maizuru Park' or show them the address: 1 Jonai, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka, 810-0043. The taxi ride will typically take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
