To reach FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace by car from central Hakone, head east on Route 1 towards Odawara. Merge onto the Chuo Expressway (E20) at the Hakone Interchange. Continue on the expressway for approximately 30 minutes. Take the Fuefuki Interchange exit. Follow signs for Fuefuki and then Route 139. The FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace is located at Ashigawacho Kamiashigawa, Fuefuki, Yamanashi 401-0305. There is parking available on-site.

To visit FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace using public transportation, start by taking the Hakone Tozan Railway from Hakone-Yumoto Station towards Gora Station. At Gora Station, transfer to the Hakone Tozan Cable Car and ride to Sounzan Station. From Sounzan, take the Hakone Ropeway to Togendai Station.
