Car
If you're traveling by car, start from Harima and take Route 28 towards Awaji Island. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach Awaji Island, continue on Route 28 and follow the signs for Godzilla Museum. The museum is located at 1933 Kusumoto, Awaji, Hyogo 656-2301. There is parking available on-site, but be aware that there may be a parking fee of around 500 yen.
Public Transportation
To reach the Godzilla Museum using public transportation, start by taking the JR Sanyo Line from Harima Station to Himeji Station. From Himeji Station, transfer to the bus bound for Awaji Island. The bus ride will take around 50 minutes. Get off at the Kusumoto stop, which is the closest stop to the museum. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to the museum located at 1933 Kusumoto, Awaji, Hyogo 656-2301. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may vary.
