Look for signs directing you to Ogura, and turn onto Prefectural Route 72. Follow this road until you reach Hokudanshinsai Memorial Park located at 177 Ogura. There is parking available at the park.

To reach Hokudanshinsai Memorial Park using public transport, first head to Harima Station. From Harima Station, take a train on the JR Kobe Line towards Sannomiya. Alight at Maiko Station. At Maiko Station, transfer to the Awaji Kotsu Bus and take the bus towards Ogura. Get off at the Ogura stop, which is a short walk from the park entrance at 177 Ogura.
