If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Harima. Take Route 2 and head towards Kobe. Follow the signs for Kobe and merge onto the Hanshin Expressway. Continue on the expressway for about 30 minutes. Take the exit at 'Kobe Minato' and follow the signs to Chuo Ward. Once you enter Chuo Ward, look for 'Higashikawasakicho'. For public transportation, start by taking the JR Sanyo Line from Harima Station to Sannomiya Station, which takes about 30 minutes.
