    If you're driving, start from the center of Harima and head towards Route 2. Follow Route 2 towards Kobe. After approximately 30 km, take the exit towards Chuo Ward. Continue on the local roads, following the signs for Nagisa Park. The park is located at 1 Chome-4-1 Wakinohamakaigandori, Chuo Ward, Kobe, Hyogo 651-0073. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee, typically around 500 yen for a few hours.

    To reach Nagisa Park via public transportation, start at Harima Station. Take the JR Sanyo Line towards Kobe. After about 30 minutes, get off at Sannomiya Station. From Sannomiya, transfer to the Port Liner (a light rail service) and take it to the Minato Motomachi Station. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Nagisa Park.
