From central Harima, take Route 2 heading towards Kobe. After approximately 25 km, merge onto the Hanshin Expressway (expressway toll applies) and continue for about 10 km. Take the exit towards Rokkosan, and follow the signs for Rokkosancho. You will arrive at Ichigatani-1-70, where Stairway to Heaven is located, near the Rokko San Observatory.
