If you're driving from central Harima, head south on Route 2 (Kansai Expressway) towards Kobe. Take the exit for Suma Ward and follow the signs for Sumaura Park. The park's address is 4 Chome-4-3 Ichinotanicho, Suma Ward, Kobe, Hyogo 654-0076. There is parking available at the park, but be aware that there may be a small fee for parking.

Public Transportation - Train
From Harima Station, take the JR Sanyo Line towards Himeji. Transfer at Sannomiya Station to the Kobe Municipal Subway, and take the Seishin-Yamate Line towards Seishin-Chuo. Get off at Sumaura Koen Station. From the station, it's about a 10-minute walk to Sumaura Park. Follow the signs to Ichinotanicho, and you will reach the park entrance.
