Car
If you're driving from central Harima, head north on Route 2 (also known as the Kōbe-Okayama Expressway). Follow the signs for Kobe and merge onto Route 2. Continue for about 15 km until you reach the exit for Yamamotodori. Take the exit and follow Yamamotodori Street directly to Suwayama Park. There is parking available near the park, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around 500 yen for a few hours.
Train
For public transportation, take the JR San'yō Main Line from Harima Station to Sannomiya Station in Kobe. This journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Sannomiya Station, transfer to the Kobe City Subway and take the Kaigan Line to Yamamoto-dori Station. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Suwayama Park. As of now, the train fare from Harima to Sannomiya is approximately 500 yen.
Bus
Alternatively, you can take a local bus from Harima to Kobe. Check the schedule for buses heading towards Kobe, and get off at the Yamamoto-dori bus stop. Suwayama Park is a brief walk from the bus stop, approximately 10 minutes away. The bus fare is usually around 400 yen.
