Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Hiroshima city and take Route 54 heading south. Continue on Route 54 for approximately 10 km until you reach the junction with Route 2. Merge onto Route 2 and follow the signs for Minami Ward. After about 5 km, take the exit for Enkobashicho. The 「HIROSHIMA」文字モニュメント is located at 4-22 Enkobashicho, Minami Ward, Hiroshima, 732-0823. There is free parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach the 「HIROSHIMA」文字モニュメント by public transportation, take the Hiroshima Electric Railway (Hiroden) tram line 1 or 2 from the central Hiroshima Station. Get off at the Enkobashicho stop. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to the monument. Exit the tram, head south on Enkobashicho Street, and you will see the monument at 4-22 Enkobashicho, Minami Ward, Hiroshima, 732-0823. A one-way ticket on the tram costs around ¥200.
