If you are driving from central Hiroshima, take the Route 54 towards Saeki Ward. Continue on Route 54 for about 30 minutes, then follow the signs for the Hiroshima Botanical Garden. Turn left onto Chome-495 Kurashige. The garden will be on your right. There is parking available on-site, which may incur a small fee.

From Hiroshima Station, take the JR Sanyo Line to Saijo Station (approximately 30 minutes). Once at Saijo Station, exit and catch the local bus bound for 'Hiroshima Botanical Garden'. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance to ensure timely arrival, as service may vary. A one-way bus fare is around 300 yen.
