If you're traveling by car, start from Hiroshima city center and take Route 54 towards the Peace Memorial Park. Follow the signs for the park, which is approximately a 20-minute drive (10 km). Parking is available at the park for a fee, typically around 500 yen per hour. Once you arrive at the Peace Memorial Park, the Prayer Fountain is located within the park itself, near the A-Bomb Dome and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum.

Public Transportation - Train
For public transportation, take the JR Sanyo Line from Hiroshima Station to Hiroshima Station (No transfers needed as this is the starting point). From there, you can transfer to the Hiroden Tram Line. Take Tram Line 2 (or Line 6) towards Eba and get off at Genbaku Dome-mae Station. The tram ride takes about 15 minutes and costs approximately 200 yen. After alighting, walk towards the Peace Memorial Park, which is just a few minutes on foot. The Prayer Fountain is located within the park.

Public Transportation - Bus
Alternatively, you can take a bus from Hiroshima Station. Board the Hiroshima Bus (number 24 or 25) towards the Peace Memorial Park. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes and costs around 230 yen. Once you arrive at the Peace Memorial Park stop, you will find the Prayer Fountain inside the park, easily accessible by walking.
