Continue for approximately 100 km until you reach the exit for Chiyoda City. Once you exit, follow the signs for Kitanomarukoen, and the park will be located at 1-1 Kitanomarukoen, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 102-0091. Note that parking may incur a fee, typically around 500 yen per hour.
