Follow the signs for Izawanomiya. It is located at 374 Isobecho Kaminogo, Shima, Mie 517-0208, which should take about 15 minutes from the exit.

    To reach Izawanomiya via public transportation, first head to Iseshi Station using the Kintetsu Line if you are starting from Ise.
