Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey heading towards the Ise Expressway (Ise Road) from your current location in Ise Shima. Follow the signs for the Ise Expressway, which is well-marked. After about 30 minutes, take the exit for Shima City (Shima IC). After exiting, continue on Route 42 towards Shima. Follow the signs for Izawanomiya. It is located at 374 Isobecho Kaminogo, Shima, Mie 517-0208, which should take about 15 minutes from the exit.

To reach Izawanomiya via public transportation, first head to Iseshi Station using the Kintetsu Line if you are starting from Ise. From Iseshi Station, take a train on the Kintetsu Shimakotsu Line towards Toba. Get off at Ugata Station. From Ugata Station, you will need to take a local bus.
