From Ise, take Route 42 towards Toba. The drive is approximately 30 minutes (about 20 km). Once you reach Toba, follow the signs for Uramuracho. The Toba Sea-Folk Museum is located at 〒517-0025 Mie, Toba, Uramuracho, 大吉１７３１−６８. There is parking available at the museum, but be aware that there may be a parking fee, typically around 500 yen.

From Ise Station, take the Kintetsu Line to Toba Station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Toba Station, exit and walk towards the coast, following signs for Uramuracho.
