Car
From central Izu, take Route 1 heading towards Numazu. Continue on this road for approximately 30 minutes. As you approach Numazu, follow the signs for Route 135 towards Ito. After about 10 minutes, take a left turn onto Route 414/Nishiuraenashi. Follow this road for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Cape Ose, located at 331 Nishiuraenashi, Numazu. There is parking available nearby, which may incur a small fee.
Public Transportation
Start your journey at Izu Station and take the JR Tokaido Line train towards Numazu Station. The train ride will take around 25 minutes. Once at Numazu Station, exit the station and find the local bus stop. Board the bus heading towards Nishiuraenashi (check the bus timetable as services may vary). The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. After getting off at the Nishiuraenashi stop, it is a short 5-minute walk to Cape Ose, located at 331 Nishiuraenashi. Be mindful of the bus schedule for your return trip.
