If you are driving from central Izu, take Route 1 (Izu Skyline) towards Shizuoka. The drive should take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach Shizuoka City, follow signs for Shimizu Ward. The destination, Chibi Maruko Chan Land, is located in the Espaluce Dream Plaza on the 3rd floor at Irifunecho, 13−15. Parking is available at the plaza, and the parking fee is around ¥300 for the first hour.

To reach Chibi Maruko Chan Land via public transportation, take the JR Tokaido Line from Izu to Shimizu Station. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Upon arrival at Shimizu Station, transfer to a local bus heading towards Irifunecho. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes, and you should disembark at the 'Espaluce Dream Plaza' stop. The entrance to Chibi Maruko Chan Land is located inside the plaza on the 3rd floor.
