Car

If you are driving from Izu, take the Shin-Tomei Expressway. Exit at Gotemba IC which is approximately 45 minutes away from Izu. From the exit, follow Route 138 towards Hakone. Continue straight until you see signs for Hakone Ashinoko Observation Park. The park is located at 〒412-0029 Shizuoka, Gotemba, Koyama, 丸嶽落合1920-9. Parking is available on-site, and there might be a small fee for parking.
Public Transportation

Start by taking a train from Izu to Gotemba Station. You can take the Izu Hakone Railway from Izu to Odawara, then transfer to the JR Gotemba Line to reach Gotemba Station.
