Public Transportation
To reach Shirahama Beach by public transport, take the Izukyu Railway from Izu City to Shimoda Station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Shimoda Station, exit the station and look for the bus stop. Board the 'Shirahama' bus, which runs frequently, and it will take you directly to Shirahama Beach. The bus journey takes approximately 15 minutes.
