Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards the Itō area using the Izu Skyline toll road for scenic views. Once you reach the Itō exit, follow the signs for Itō Station. After exiting, turn left onto Route 135. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Higashimatsubaracho. Turn right, and Tokaikan will be on your left at 12-10 Higashimatsubaracho.
Public Transportation
For public transportation, take the JR Tōkaidō Line to Itō Station. Upon arrival, exit the station and head towards the main road (Route 135). Walk towards the left and continue straight for about 15 minutes, passing several shops and cafes. You will reach an intersection with Higashimatsubaracho; turn right, and Tokaikan will be located at 12-10 Higashimatsubaracho on your left.
Taxi
If you prefer a taxi, simply tell the driver 'Tokaikan' or provide the address: 12-10 Higashimatsubaracho, Itō, Shizuoka 414-0022. The ride from Itō Station should take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.
