To reach Une Tenbo-Dai using public transportation, start by taking a train to Itō Station. From Tokyo, you can take the JR Tōkaidō Line to Atami, then transfer to the JR Ito Line to Itō Station. Once at Itō Station, take the bus bound for 'Futo' (about 15 minutes) and get off at the 'Une Tenbo-Dai' bus stop. The bus fare is approximately 300 yen. After disembarking, you will see signs directing you to the observation deck, which is a short walk away.
