If you are driving from Izumo, take Route 9 towards Matsue. Follow the signs to Matsue and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 431. Turn onto Route 431 and follow it for approximately 10 kilometers. You will see signs for Matsue Vogel Park as you approach. The park's address is 52 Ogakicho, Matsue, Shimane 690-0263. Parking is available on-site, and there may be a parking fee, so be prepared for that.

Public Transportation - Train
From Izumo Station, take the JR San-in Line towards Matsue Station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Matsue Station, you can transfer to the Matsue City Loop Bus (Matsue Shimin Shuttoru) and take the route that goes to Matsue Vogel Park. Make sure to check the bus schedule as the frequency may vary. The bus fare is around 300 yen.
