Ninjabuki Museum, Kanazawa Travel Guide

Tucked away in Kanazawa's historic Nishi Chaya District, the Ninjabuki Museum unveils the intriguing world of the ninja. Inside, you'll discover around 160 artifacts, representing approximately 50 types of medieval ninja weapons. Exhibits include shuriken (throwing stars), chain weapons, disguised swords, hidden daggers, and even wolverine-style claws. The museum provides insight into the ingenuity and adaptability of ninjas and their vital role in Japanese history. Masayuki Sanada, a great warlord, used ninjas as a vital force, repelling Tokugawa Army forces in 1585.Beyond the displays, the museum offers interactive experiences. Visitors can test their skills at the shuriken-throwing corner, a popular activity for all ages.
