Getting There

    If you are already in the Fushimi Inari area, the Great Torii is located a short walk from the main shrine. Start at the Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine main entrance. From there, head past the large torii gate and follow the path uphill. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, you will reach the Great Torii, which is one of the most prominent and photographed locations in the area.     If you are coming from Kyoto Station, take the JR Nara Line train to Inari Station. The journey takes approximately 5 minutes and costs around 150 yen.
