If you are driving from the Mount Fuji area, take the Route 1 (Tōmei Expressway) heading towards Susono. After approximately 20 minutes, take the Susono exit. Follow the signs for Suyama, which will lead you onto Route 246. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach Suyama. Look for parking areas around the entrance to Echizen, as it can get busy on weekends and holidays.

To reach Echizen by public transportation, take a train from the Fujikyu Railway station or the JR Fujisan station to Susono station. The journey typically takes around 30 minutes.
