If you are driving, head towards Fujikawaguchiko from the center of Mount Fuji. Take Route 139 towards Katsuyama. After approximately 20 minutes, look for signs indicating Koumi Park. The park's address is 3775 Katsuyama, Fujikawaguchiko, Minamitsuru District, Yamanashi 401-0310. There is ample parking available on-site, but be aware that there may be a small parking fee.
