Car
If you are traveling by car, start by navigating to the Fuji 4th View Point Station at Narusawa, Minamitsuru District, Yamanashi 401-0320. From the Mount Fuji area, take Route 139 towards Fujiyoshida city. Follow the signs for the Fuji Five Lakes area and then take Route 300 towards Narusawa. Continue on Route 300, and you will find the entrance to the parking area for the Fuji 4th View Point Station. Be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around ¥500-¥1000 depending on the duration of your stay.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Fujiyoshida Station or Kawaguchiko Station. The Fujikyu Bus Company operates buses to Fuji 4th View Point Station during peak seasons. Check the bus schedule as it may vary. The fare is approximately ¥1,000 one way. Once you arrive at the bus stop for Fuji 4th View Point, follow the signs to the observation deck, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
