    If you're driving, head south on Route 191 from central Nagato. Continue for about 20 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 2. Turn left onto Route 2 and follow the signs towards Mine. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit for Shuhocho Akiyoshi. Once you exit, follow the signs for Akiyoshido Cave, which is located at 3506-2 Shuhocho Akiyoshi, Mine, Yamaguchi. There’s parking available on-site.

    To get to Akiyoshido Cave by public transportation, first make your way to the Nagato Station. From Nagato Station, take the JR San-in Line train towards Mine Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Mine Station, transfer to a local bus heading towards Akiyoshi. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes, and you should disembark at the Akiyoshido Cave stop. The cave entrance is a short walk from the bus stop.
