Subway
If you are in Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (Yellow Line) towards Fujigaoka. Travel for 2 stops and get off at Sakae Station. From Sakae Station, transfer to the Meijo Line (Purple Line) and head towards Nagoya Castle. Ride for 2 stops and disembark at Hisayaodori Station. Exit the station and walk towards the Hisaya Odori Park. Continue walking straight through the park until you reach Tsubakicho. The Friendship Monument is located at 6 Tsubakicho, Nakamura Ward, which is a short walk from the park.
