If you're near Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (Yellow Line) towards Fujigaoka. After 4 stops, get off at Sakae Station. Transfer to the Meijo Line (Purple Line) at Sakae Station and head towards Nagoya Castle. Get off at the next stop, which is Shiyakusho Station. From Shiyakusho Station, it's about a 10-minute walk to the Kato Kiyomasa Statue.

From Nagoya Station, you can take a bus operated by Meitetsu. Look for the bus stop that services Route 15, which goes directly to Nagoya Castle. After about 15 minutes, get off at the Nagoya Castle bus stop. Once you arrive, head towards the main entrance of Nagoya Castle and continue walking straight to find the Kato Kiyomasa Statue, which is located in the castle grounds.

If you are already in the Naka Ward area, you can walk to the Kato Kiyomasa Statue. Start from Sakae Station and head west on Hisaya Odori Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach the Nagoya Castle area. Upon reaching the castle, enter through the main gate, and you will find the Kato Kiyomasa Statue within the castle grounds, just a short walk from the entrance.
