If you're near Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (Yellow Line) towards Fujigaoka. After 4 stops, get off at Sakae Station. Transfer to the Meijo Line (Purple Line) at Sakae Station and head towards Nagoya Castle. Get off at the next stop, which is Shiyakusho Station. From Shiyakusho Station, it's about a 10-minute walk to the Kato Kiyomasa Statue.
