Getting There

Car

If you're driving, start from Nara Park and head south on Route 169. Continue for about 5 km until you reach a junction. Take the right turn onto Route 24, then follow the signs for Saidai-ji Temple. The temple is located at 1 Chome-1-5 Saidaiji Shibacho, Nara. There is parking available at the temple, but it's advisable to arrive early to secure a space.
Public Transportation

From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line towards Kintetsu Nara Station. Alight at Saidaiji Station, which takes about 15 minutes.
