If you're starting from Nara Park, head south towards the Nara National Museum. From the museum, exit onto Sanjo-dori Street and walk east. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Zoshicho. Turn left onto Zoshicho Street and continue walking for about 10 minutes. Chayama-enchi will be on your right.

From Kintetsu Nara Station, exit and head east towards the main road. Turn right onto Sanjo Street and continue straight. After crossing the Naramachi area, turn left onto Zoshicho Street. Walk straight for about 15 minutes, and you will find Chayama-enchi on your left.

From Nara Station, take the Nara Kotsu bus (line 2 or 4) towards Zoshicho. Get off at the Zoshicho bus stop. From the bus stop, walk straight for about 5 minutes along Zoshicho Street, and Chayama-enchi will be on your right.
