Car

If you're traveling by car from central Nikko, start by heading southwest on Route 119. Follow this road for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the junction with Route 462. Turn left onto Route 462, and continue for another 5 minutes. You’ll see signs for Shiraito Falls; turn right onto the access road leading to the falls. There is parking available, which typically costs around 500 yen.

Public Transportation

To reach Shiraito Falls via public transportation, start at Nikko Station. From there, take the bus bound for 'Yudaki Onsen' or 'Shiraito Falls' (check the current bus schedule for exact routes). The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Shiraito Falls' bus stop. There is a short walk from the bus stop to the falls, which is well-marked. The bus fare is approximately 600 yen one way.
