Once you reach Shiro, look for signs directing you to the ferry terminal for Rosoku-jima (Candle Island). You will need to park your car at the designated parking area near the terminal, as vehicles are not allowed on the island.

To reach Rosoku-jima via public transportation, take a bus from the main bus terminal in Okinoshima that goes towards Shiro. The bus ride takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Shiro bus stop, walk towards the ferry terminal, which is signposted. The ferry to Rosoku-jima operates regularly, so be sure to check the schedule in advance. The ferry ride will take about 15 minutes. Note that the ticket for the ferry costs around 1,000 yen for a round trip.
