Bus
From Naha, take the bus number 120 from Naha Bus Terminal to Uruma City. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Uruma City Bus Terminal, transfer to bus number 83 bound for Agena. The ride will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Agena' bus stop. From there, follow the signs towards Agena Castle Ruins, which is about a 15-minute walk. Keep an eye out for local landmarks, and ask locals if you need directions.
Train and Bus
Take the Yui Rail train from Naha to Shuri Station. From Shuri Station, exit and walk to the nearby bus stop. Catch the bus number 17 towards Nago and get off at the Uruma City Bus Terminal. From Uruma, switch to bus number 83 going to Agena. After about 20 minutes, disembark at the 'Agena' stop. The castle ruins are a 15-minute walk from the stop; follow local signage or ask for directions.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from your location in Okinawa directly to Agena Castle Ruins. Make sure to have the address 'Agena, Uruma, Okinawa 904-2214' written down in Japanese (アゲナ, 浦添市, 沖縄904-2214) to show the driver. The ride will take approximately 40 minutes depending on traffic.
