Getting There

  • Bus

    From Naha Bus Terminal, take the number 82 or 83 bus towards Tamagusuku. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Get off at the 'Maekawa' bus stop. From there, walk approximately 15 minutes to the Valley of Gangala. Head south on Route 331, then take a left onto Maekawa Road. Follow the signs to the Valley of Gangala.

  • Taxi

    You can also take a taxi from Naha City to the Valley of Gangala. This will take around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Simply tell the driver 'Valley of Gangala' or provide the address: Maekawa-202 Tamagusuku, Nanjo, Okinawa 901-0616.

  • Bicycle

    If you enjoy cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Naha and ride to the Valley of Gangala. The route is approximately 20 km and will take about 1.5 hours. Start by heading south on Route 331, following the coast. Be mindful of traffic and take breaks as needed. Once you reach the Tamagusuku area, look for signs directing you to the Valley.
