Bus
From Naha Bus Terminal, take the number 1 or number 2 bus heading towards Shurijo Castle. The journey will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Shurijo Castle' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes up the hill, following the signs that point towards Shurijo Castle. You will enter through the main gate.
Monorail
Take the Okinawa Urban Monorail (Yui Rail) from Naha Airport Station and get off at Shuri Station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Shuri Station, exit the station and head downhill towards Shurijo Castle. It will take about 15 minutes to walk to the castle. Look for signs directing you to the castle as you walk.
Walking
If you are staying near Kokusai Dori (International Street), you can walk to Shurijo Castle. Head south on Kokusai Dori until you reach the intersection with Route 330. Turn left onto Route 330 and continue walking for about 30 minutes. Look for the signs leading to Shurijo Castle, which will be on your right side. It's a scenic walk, but be prepared for some uphill sections as you approach the castle.
