Bus
To get to Tamaudun, start by locating the nearest bus stop. If you are in Naha, take the number 8 or number 16 bus from the Naha Bus Terminal. These buses run frequently and will take you towards Shuri. After approximately 20-30 minutes, get off at the 'Shurikinjocho' bus stop. From there, walk for about 5 minutes in the direction of the Shuri Castle. Tamaudun is located at the address 1 Chome−3, Shurikinjocho, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
Monorail
If you prefer the monorail, head to the nearest Yui Rail station. Take the Yui Rail towards Shuri Station. The ride will take around 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Shuri Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the bus terminal. Catch the number 8 or number 16 bus from there, and get off at 'Shurikinjocho' bus stop. Tamaudun is just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Shuri, you can walk to Tamaudun. From Shuri Castle, head east towards the main road. Continue straight on this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach Shurikinjocho. Tamaudun will be on your left side at 1 Chome−3. This walk should take around 15-20 minutes.
