From Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Subway Line to Karasuma-Oike Station, then transfer to the Tozai Line and get off at Higashiyama Station. From there, it's a 10-15 minute walk to Ebisuya Higashiyama. Subway fare is approximately ¥260. Alternatively, take Kyoto City Bus number 206 from Kyoto Station to the Gojozaka bus stop, followed by a 10-minute walk. The bus fare is ¥230.
