Bus
From Kyoto Station, take the City Bus number 100 or 206 towards Gion. Ride the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the Kodaiji-michi stop. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to Kodaiji Park. Just head north on Shimokawaracho street until you see the park entrance.

Subway and Walking
Take the Karasuma Subway Line from Kyoto Station to Karasuma Oike Station. Transfer to the Tozai Line and ride it to Higashiyama Station. Once you exit the station, take Exit 1 and walk east along Sanjo-dori Street for about 15 minutes. Turn left onto Shimokawaracho street and continue walking until you reach Kodaiji Park.
