From Osaka Station, take the JR Osaka Loop Line towards Kyobashi. Transfer at Kyobashi Station to the JR Tozai Line and take a train bound for Takatsuki. Get off at Takatsuki Station. From Takatsuki Station, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal.

At Takatsuki Station's bus terminal, look for bus number 1 or 2 that goes towards Settsukyo Park. The bus will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Settsukyo Koen (Settsukyo Park) stop.

Once you get off at the Settsukyo Koen stop, walk towards the main entrance of Settsukyo Park, which is just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs directing you to the park.
