If you're starting from Osaka Station, take the JR Osaka Loop Line and get off at Nakanoshima Station (2 stops). From Nakanoshima Station, take Exit 1 and walk toward the river. After exiting, turn left and walk along the riverside path for about 10 minutes. Nakanoshima Park will be on your right.
