If you are in the Umeda area, the Hep Five Ferris wheel is easily accessible by foot. From Umeda Sky Building, head south towards the main road, and take a left onto Kakudacho Street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you see the bright red Ferris wheel on top of the Hep Five shopping complex. The entrance to Hep Five is at 5-15 Kakudacho, on the 7th floor.
