Taxis are readily available throughout Osaka. A short taxi ride from Osaka Station to HEP Five will typically cost between ¥700-¥1000, depending on traffic. Be sure to specify 'HEP Five Ferris Wheel' to the driver. Note that traffic in Umeda can be heavy, especially during peak hours.
