If you are starting from the Sapporo Clock Tower (Tokeidai), head west on Odori Street for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and cafes along the way. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach 6 Chome Odorinishi, where the Reclamation Monument is located on your left. Look for a small park area that features the monument.
