If you are starting from the Sapporo Clock Tower (Tokeidai), head west on Odori Street for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and cafes along the way. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach 6 Chome Odorinishi, where the Reclamation Monument is located on your left. Look for a small park area that features the monument.

From the Sapporo Subway Station, take the Namboku Line (Green Line) towards Makomanai. Get off at Odori Station (2 stops). Once you exit the station, head west towards Odori Park. Walk along the park to 6 Chome Odorinishi, which will take about 10 minutes. The Reclamation Monument will be located within the park area on your left.

If you are near the Susukino area, you can take the bus heading towards Odori Park. Board any bus that stops at 'Odori 6 Chome' stop.
