If you are starting from Sapporo Station, make your way to the Sapporo Subway Station located beneath the station. Purchase a ticket for the Namboku Line (Green Line) and board a train heading southbound. Get off at Odori Station, which is just 2 stops away. Once you arrive at Odori Station, take Exit 1 and head towards the Odori Park. Walk straight towards the east side of the park until you reach the intersection with Kita 5 Jo. Turn left onto Kita 5 Jo and continue walking until you see Bokka Statue located at 3 Chome Kita 5 Jonishi, Chuo Ward.

From Sapporo Station, head to the bus terminal located next to the station. Look for a bus heading towards 'Chuo Ward' (中央区) or buses that stop at 'Odori Park'.
