From Sapporo Station, walk to the Sapporo Station Bus Terminal located near the north exit. Take bus number 42 or 83 towards Hitsujigaoka. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill stop, which is directly in front of the entrance.
