    If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Settsu. Head east on Route 170, then merge onto the Hande Highway (Hanwa Expressway) towards Takatsuki. Take the Takatsuki exit (Exit 4), and follow the signs for Route 1. Continue on Route 1 for about 5 kilometers until you reach the area of Takatsuki. Look for signs directing you to Settsukyo Park.
