Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Settsu. Head east on Route 170, then merge onto the Hande Highway (Hanwa Expressway) towards Takatsuki. Take the Takatsuki exit (Exit 4), and follow the signs for Route 1. Continue on Route 1 for about 5 kilometers until you reach the area of Takatsuki. Look for signs directing you to Settsukyo Park. There is parking available near the park, but please note that it may incur a fee, typically around 500 yen for a few hours.

For those using public transportation, start from Settsu Station. Take the JR Tozai Line towards Kyoto and get off at Takatsuki Station. The journey takes about 15 minutes. From Takatsuki Station, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal. Board the bus bound for 'Settsukyo Park' which departs regularly. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. The bus fare is around 320 yen. Once you arrive at the Settsukyo Park stop, the park entrance will be just a short walk away.
