Car

If you are traveling by car, start from Settsu and get onto Route 163 (Kinki Expressway). Follow the signs to Osaka and take the exit for Umeda. Once you exit, follow the signs towards Umeda Sky Building, which is located at 1 Chome-1-88 Oyodonaka, Kita Ward, Osaka. There is paid parking available nearby, and expect to pay around 1,000 yen for a few hours of parking.

Train

For those using public transportation, first make your way to Settsu Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line. Take the train towards Umeda and get off at Umeda Station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs for the Midosuji Line subway. Take the subway to Namba Station, then transfer to the Chuo Line and head towards Awaza Station. Finally, get off at Osaka Station and follow the signs to Umeda Sky Building, which is about a 10-minute walk from there.
