If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Shimotsuke. Use Route 4 and head north towards Tochigi. Continue on Route 4 for approximately 5 km. Once you reach the intersection with Route 293, turn left. Continue on Route 293 for about 2 km, and then turn right onto Minowa Road. Tsurumaki Park will be on your left after about 1 km. There is parking available at the park, which is free. Ensure to check local signage for any specific parking regulations.

To reach Tsurumaki Park using public transportation, start from Shimotsuke Station. Take the JR Utsunomiya Line train towards Utsunomiya. After about 10 minutes, get off at Minowa Station. The park is a short walk from the bus stop. Be sure to have some cash ready for the bus fare, which is usually around 200-300 yen.
